Yaw Nsarkoh is a Non-Executive Director of Milost Global. He is also the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Unilever Ghana and Nigeria.
Prior to becoming the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Unilever Ghana and Nigeria, Mr Nsarkoh has served in various capacities as the Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Nigeria from January 2014 to December 2016 and also, Managing Director East and Southern Africa based in Kenya from 2010 to 2013. In these roles, he led major business transformations and strengthened business performance.
Yaw served at various times as the Marketing Director and Executive Board Member of Unilever, Ghana; Worked in the Laundry Regional Innovation Centre (Africa), South Africa. He was Production Manager Unilever Ghana. He has served as the Strategic Assistant to the President and Unilever Executive Member for Asia, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe based in the United Kingdom and in Singapore.
Yaw is a member of Ghana Institution of Engineers, a Director of Changing Lives Endowment Fund (CLEF) in Ghana and a former Director of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers and Chairman of East African Shippers Council.
Currently, he sits as Executive Member on a number of Trade/Employees Associations and Strategic Private Sector committees in Nigeria. He is also a member, Board of Advisors, Lagos Business School. Yaw is a regular speaker on business issues, specifically Marketing and Leadership at public fora.
Yaw Nsarkoh holds an Honors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Henley Management College, Henley-on-Thames, United Kingdom.
His hobbies include walking and civil society advocacy with special interest in development economics, management and leadership philosophy.
He is married to Liz and they have two sons, Kwaku and Kwame.
